Goal

Add cursor pagination to GET /orders without changing what current clients receive.

Steps

In src/routes/orders.ts, read limit and cursor from the query. Default limit is 50, the most allowed is 200.
In src/db/orders.ts, add listOrders({ limit, cursor }), ordered by created_at then id, that also returns nextCursor.
When neither parameter is sent, return the full list as before. Otherwise return { items, nextCursor }.
Add tests in tests/orders.test.ts for the first page, the next page and the last page.

Verify

Run npm test -- orders. Then request /orders?limit=2 twice, passing nextCursor the second time: four different orders, none repeated.

Do not

Change the orders table or the response when no parameters are sent.

Questions before you try it

Where does my code go?

Only what your AI chooses to send goes to the cloud Agent and to the model provider behind it. The Agent cannot read your files or your chat. If you do not want something sent, tell your AI not to include it.

Does the Agent change my files?

No. It only returns text. Your AI decides what to do with the plan and follows its usual rules for asking you first.

Which AI apps does this work with?

Any AI that can run commands on your computer, such as a coding assistant in a terminal or a desktop app.

What if I run out of Credit?

Your AI tells you, then offers a payment link. You pay in your browser, and your AI retries the same request.

Can a plan take a while?

Yes, a deep analysis can take a few minutes. Your AI is told to wait for it instead of cutting it off.
