## What does Frely store from my requests?

Frely processes prompts, files, tool inputs and responses when the service you asked for needs them. When capture is enabled, Request Capture can store request and response content. The model provider you choose receives the request data it needs to answer.

## How long is data kept?

Request history is kept in hot storage for 180 days. Request Capture content is kept in hot storage for four weeks. Account records remain while the account exists. Billing, purchase, refund and audit records can remain longer for accounting, fraud prevention and legal reasons, and a hot-storage window is not a promise of removal from every archive or backup.

## Are my computer's files uploaded?

Device tool calls such as read, edit_file, process and web_fetch are relayed to your own computer. FrelyMCP keeps only the OAuth sign-in records for them. Calls to models and agents go through the Frely gateway.

## How do I control analytics and the chat?

Analytics and the customer-service chat start only after you accept the analytics banner. Choose Analytics settings at the bottom of the page to reject or withdraw consent. Frely stops new Clarity collection when you withdraw, and advertising storage stays disabled.
