# Creating and selling on Frely

## What can I publish?
<!-- id: what-sell -->

A Prompt, Skill, Agent or workflow that you have the right to publish. Define its task, inputs, outputs and limits. What you sell is access to the capability, and your core prompts, code and workflows are not handed to buyers.

## Where does my published item show up?
<!-- id: where-listed -->

A new Skill, MCP or Agent shows on your profile page (`frely.cloud/@<username>`) and in your library. The public Store lists only products Frely picks, so your item does not appear there unless Frely lists it. Other people reach your item through your profile page, a share link or a pass you give them. Open Visibility on the item to keep it to yourself, show it on your profile page, or show it to the Teams you choose.

## What is the difference between a hosted Agent and a download-install item?
<!-- id: hosted-vs-install -->

A hosted Agent runs on Frely and buyers use it through Frely, so your private content stays with you. A download-install Prompt or Skill delivers its files to the buyer's own device; the free part is visible to everyone who installs it, and Frely cannot recall a copy already installed. Content that must stay private should be published as a hosted Agent on a paid Creator plan.

## How many services can I publish?
<!-- id: plan-limits -->

## I have no publishing or product entry.
<!-- id: cannot-publish -->

Signing in alone does not grant publishing. Check that your plan is active and that you meet the publishing eligibility and commercial terms.

## Can I cash out my sales earnings?
<!-- id: revenue -->

Sales earnings are added to your Frely Credit. On basic plans they stay as Credit you can spend on Frely. On commercial plans you can apply to receive eligible sales earnings as a cash payout; each application is reviewed and needs identity checks. Revenue is not the same as profit: you still cover model and service running costs. Settlement follows the service terms.

## What rights do I need?
<!-- id: rights -->

You must hold the rights to distribute the files and content you publish and name the original source where needed. Content that infringes others' rights is not allowed.
